Andemita

If you don’t trek with Andemita while in Bariloche, you are missing out.
My husband and I just returned from a 10 day trip to Argentina– we contacted Juan Carlos from Andemita prior to our trip and scheduled one full day of kayaking and one full day of hiking with him. These excursions were by far the highlight of our entire trip.
Juan Carlos is a really fun, enthusiastic and organized guide. He tailors all excursions to your ability and desire. Both of our adventures were just the right amount of challenge, fun and excitement. The views from our kayaking trip were better than anything you can see on land, Juan Carlos packed us gear, water, snacks, and an incredibly delicious lunch which included desert and a lovely bottle of wine. The hiking excursion was similar (only the lovely wine is substituted for equally lovely tea for safety!) We also stopped at a great micro brewery to enjoy a local drink after our challenging trek.
Juan Carlos also provided us a vey helpful packing list before our trip so we would be prepared as well as great restaurant recommendations. He even helped us secure reservations and provided lots of suggestions for activities we could do on our own. Overall, if not already evident, I could not have been more pleased in our experience with Andemita and would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Bariloche. Juan Carlos is simply an amazing guide– he is experienced, really nice and fun to be around and knows every nook and cranny of Bariloche (land and lake) like the back of his hand. Adventuring with him was truly a unique experience, unlike anything we had done before and much more fun and authentic than anything offered by some of the larger touring companies that are typically offered at the hotels.
