Beautiful setting with a lot of potential. He wait staff was friendly and nice, although service was often slow because the restaurant seemed understaffed(i.e. Having to ask twice to get water, salad, etc.). The bread basket and accoutrements were delicious and a nice way to start the meal. However once we were served our steaks, 8 out of 11 had to be sent back because they were not cooked correctly(i.e. I ordered a filet medium rare and was told that would be pink, it was given to be well done with no color inside.) the waiters were receptive and brought us new steaks that were cooked properly, and were decent, but not as my expectations given our one night at an Argentinian steak house. The restaurant gave us a bottle of wine on the house for our trouble. I would come back at sunset, grab a drink outside and dinner elsewhere.

Delicious food. We walked around a bunch of restaurants next to this one. We decided to go back even though it had higher prices than the others around this. They offer bread as appetizer. I ordered wine. My wine was too dry, so I did not finish it. Our waiter was super nice and BILINGUAL!!! Yes! He speaks english and Spanish. My husband was ecstatic about it. The beef empanada was ABSOLUTELY yummy. You need to try it, it was crunchy outside but the inside was juicy and tasty. Do not miss it. The beef Bruschetta was soo soft! I thought they were cooked in slow pressure but it was not, the cut of the beef made it be so soft and easy to chew. My hubby rib eye was really good. H He likes it medium-rare. That was the way it came, just juicy. My salad was basically a group of veggies with vinegar on a side. I told the waiter to bring me mayonnaise and lemon, I mixed it together and add it on. after this, it became Colombian salad, not gaucha.

The Bife especial was a little tough. Our friends had the beef tenderloin and the ribeye and it was much better. You may consider splitting the ribeye.
