Hotel Barcelona

This may very well be the very best hotel in Punta Alta! Solid, clean, friendly with enough amenities for your survival! This hotel will do!
Having spent way too many nights in hotels around the world, Hotel Barcelona has many positive attributes and a couple of little flaws to know about and be prepared for.
The good:
Free working WIFI! This is no small feat– bravo, Barcelona!
A full bar and restaurant open reasonable hours! Excellent!
A free breakfast– meh, sometimes you get what you paid for and in this case free means coffee, a roll, and fruit salad. One day there was ham. That was a good day.
AIR CONDITIONING! upon request– you have to ask for it!
Twice a day maid service, for those siestas.
The Bad:
Scenic view from the window of… another room!
No screens on the windows.
No toiletry amenities to speak of
No glasses for drinking water in the room.
Air dried towels and sheets (I am addicted to Downey,)
Only one key per room.
