There are few places to go to for a juice these days near the mall. I thought I’d give Raw and Real a go. My personal favourites used to be the juice places in the middle of the mall — I still miss them! Anyway I ordered a carrot and celery juice, seemed quite steep pricing for a small but decided to go ahead anyway there was no one else there and the service was slow. She filled half the cup with ice and the rest was juice. Very watered down. Once I drank ¾ of the juice there was nothing but chunky pulp. Looks like they just add ice to maximise profit, there wasn’t much flavour as there could be. Expensive for what I bought really. If you want a good old fashion juice nothing else in there head down to central market instead. Sure the décor in this place looks alluring and modern but it’s so not worth the money — save it and go elsewhere.

A bit slow for city lunch time. We had two juices and a ready made roll which took ten minutes to prepare with only two people in the store. They do have the nicer juices we have tried with competitive prices. Would be nice to see biodegradable cups instead of plastics

A great healthy lunch option off Rundle Mall. This friendly and healthy fresh pressed juice bar is great. They have around 15 house juices and smoothies, all from super fresh fruit and veg. Some surprises include broccoli, beetroot, kale, turmeric and parsley. Their selection includes sandwiches and salads– they look really good. Fillings include smashed avocado and grilled chicken. They have a small outdoor seating area which seats around 8 people max.

I really like Raw+Real They serve up fresh, cold-pressed juice all day alongside a range of healthy salads and sandwiches(plenty of vegan options with a few non-vege alternatives). I always come here for the juice though! I like ordering up ‘Leaf 2′ or ‘Leaf 3′ with a good mix of veggies and fruit but they have plenty of options with just fruit too, if you’re not such fan of broccoli and kale in their liquid forms. Service is lovely, portions are a little more generous than some other juice places, and they have a loyalty card system.
