This coffee shop has recently expanded into the premises next door, a good move as during the summer months and on weekends it is a popular spot for those visiting Anglesea. Anglesea shopping centre does offer a number of eating options however Offshore has always been my no. 1 spot to go for. The breakfast menu offers the usual, however the added plus is that the eggs are ‘free range’ from the proprietress’ own hens. Today I opted for the homemade muesli with yogurt and berries, always a favourite. The coffee, large, is always a 8−10÷10. Offshore has recently expanded into providing take away meals that are individually and freshly prepared as well as a home catering service. With the competition being fierce, the service and friendliness make for a place to go back to.

Tucked into the collection of shops and cafes that seem to make up the Anglesea shopping district, offshore café keeps true to its name by being quiet and harder to find than the others. The foods are good — small selection of pre-mades, menu of wraps, hot foods and soups — and of course the coffee. Prices are on the higher end of affordable, seating is limited so many come for takeaways.
