Aesop

Ever since I moved to Australia, I’ve had a long standing love affair with Aesop face and body products. I realise Aesop is a little on the expensive side but for the sake of my skin, I think of it as an investment.
The Aesop store on High Street is one of my favourites, even though it is quite a small unit because of the people that work here. Not only are the people friendly, they know their stuff and you don’t have to worry about whether they’re just trying to make a sale. They are also more than willing to do demonstrations on the spot for any products you are curious about. Even though I’m sure that often helps with making the sale as well, very often it doesn’t and it’s good to know that you can get great service here without being pre-​judged like at some other stores.
Did I mention caring? I had my dog with me when I was there last and was happy for him to stay outside while I picked up my face cream but the lovely girl refused to let me do that. Think she loved dogs and it made my shopping experience even nicer than normal.
