I called expert air conditioner to install my air-​con. Mamun was the owner I guess who sent the contracted to install my a/​c. He installed everything but there was error in system at end. The contracted asked me to call the Samsung people to fix that error which I didn’t knew he shorted the wire while doing installation. Regardless I paid 700 for it. When I asked for receipt mamun said he will send via email and I texted him my email.
I ranged Samsung service person to come and have a look. He pointed lot of safety matters that wasn’t followed by installer. The Samsung service person wasn’t able to fix error unless the installer fixes his mistakes for safety reasons.
I ringed mamun back which is after a week and yet haven’t provided receipt FYI. I spoke to him about the matter. He said he will gimme a call which he never did. He kept ignoring calls and «HIS ADDRESS IS NOT EVEN VALID». He says contractor went overseas bla bla.“I can’t fix this”. It’s summer and I have new born baby. I was already stressing and yet he didn’t do anything. I am taking this to my lawyer now and see what happens.
I don’t want to recommend this company for anybody.
