Great Falls, MT
Reliable food and coffee with generally decent ambience. Service went south for several weeks recently until it got so bad that we filled out a comment card and told them we were never coming back. We received an email from the manager that afternoon offering an apology and a $ 50 voucher if we would give them one more chance. We took him up on it and the service seems to be back to normal now. Pretty amazing customer service!

Consistent food and drink which is why I use Dome.
Food of a high quality and surroundings pleasant.
Service was very slow which was disappointing as it wasn’t busy.
All in all little to complain about though.
