Rib Runner Baulkham Hills

This is arguably the worst place we have ordered from. Having used the third party ordering system at 5:30pm to order the food for 4 people we waited 1hr before trying to ring this restaurant as per instructions, what followed was bewildering. The restaraunt did not answer, after 15mins of trying we finally rang the third party who initially tryed to use the excuse that the driver may have gotten lost (not really an excuse in this day and age of smart phones and gps) also proceeded try to contact the restaurant to no avail. At the 2hr mark the third party decided that they would reimburse the money and apologiesed purfusally. At approximately 2hr 30mins mark a driver arrived with the food with the excuse that they were busy so they had stopped answering the phone. I asked them to contact me to discuss my issues, which they have also failed to follow through on. We have used other Rib Runner franchise restaurants regularly and to much satisfaction, but we will never send money with this restaurant again.
Bitterly disappointed customer.

Quite often I’ve been working and I can’t be bothered cooking because I’m tired or guests turn up and you ask everyone what they want to eat and everyone wants something different, this is when I turn to my Rib Runner menu.
Rib Runner at Baulkham Hills has a menu that encapsulates Italian, Mexican and Ribs.
They deliver in half an hour and if you have phoned them once, they never have to ask you for your details again — even if you haven’t ordered for six months.
I don’t know the guys name but he always asks how I am and says it’s been a while, probably because it’s noted on his computer, but that doesn’t matter. He tells you what’s on special at that time and is always friendly. They have a number of specials including a mixed grill (pork ribs, beef ribs and chicken wings) and a Tex Mex meal (a combination of ribs and mexican sides).
They cater for groups and deliver free of charge within the area.
The meals come in foil containers and are still piping hot and they are yum!
