The Orchid Garden Tearoom is located within the Yangtze Restaurant and serves High Tea Tuesday to Saturday 10.30am — 3.00pm and best to book to avoid disappointment. This is a beautiful little haven from the hustle and bustle of Main Road Blackwood to indulge in some decadence. There are no other tea rooms in Blackwood and word is slowly getting out about this secret spot. The presentation is immaculate and a ‘doll house’ boutique environ, the cakes look too good to eat but when you do… it just melts in your mouth. Prices are qood and there are specials on occasions so keep and eye out. Like having a doll party with your girlfriends, drinking and eating from a play set this is a dreamland of childhood revisited.
