Mimco

I’ve always had nothing but awesome service from the ladies at Mimco! They are attentive, but not pushy, and if there isn’t something in stock they are more than happy to point you in the direction of a store that does have it or get it sent in for you!

To start with and to be honest I’ve spent far too much time and money at Mimco! (Ask my partner, any of my friends or anyone that knows me!!!) So with that in mind, I have a high expectation of their products but not their customer service. I’ve actually not bought anything from the GC Mimco because the staff rarely say hello to me or even offer to help when I am looking at an item in this store.
I bought a Mimco ring from the Emporium building, in Melbourne, but after a day of wearing it, it started to peel — quite odd. After 2 emails, a private chat on fb and a comment on their wall I finally got a reply… It then took several more days for someone to call me. Anyway, long story short to avoid paying for postage and sending the ring back to Melbs I asked customer service to contact the GC store so I could exchange the ring there. When I arrived and explained the problem to them, 2 staff came to help and they were über friendly and helpful, how odd! (Taking to account my previous experiences!) Maybe next time I’m in GC Mimco I should do my make up and wear something nice again if I want good customer service! I much prefer to wear comfortable clothes when shopping but was dressed up as a had a busy day ahead!
