Perched on the corner of the beautiful tree-lined Were St of Brighton, this super sleek, yet quaint café is absolutely fabulous, and exactly what the area needs. It’s very contemporary inside, it feels a little bit cold and bare, but modern art, exposed bricks and quirky decorations add presence to this big concrete room. I adore the dangling light fittings! The service was very friendly and very attentive. My latte was exceptional and the ‘Breakfast Burger’ with spinach, mushrooms, house relish and a fried egg served in a brioche bun was delicious. Those mushrooms were full of flavour and potentially the best mushrooms I’ve eaten to date. Brighton is looking a lot more appealing now!
