The coffee, sweet selections and service is just devine. Favourite place to have something small to eat and drink.

Doing a bit of shopping and like a true caffeine addict I needed a cup to keep me going. These guys were the closest.
Service was good but the wait time felt a bit long. But well worth it. The coffee is amazing. I need to sit down to appreciate its flavour it’s that good.

Not so much as five years ago, finding a café within a shopping mall this on-​trend and cool would have been like finding a needle in a haystack. With the new renovation of Indooroopilly Shopping Centre comes a café like Foundry and on looks alone, blows out of the water the idea of what a shopping centre café «should be.»
They’re pouring locally roasted coffee, Dramanti and the service is speedy. I ordered a Flat White and found it was far too milky for my liking. Note: my liking. Coffee is such a personal preference and on this occasion, I ordered wrong. Knowing the Dramanti Beans, I should have gone for a piccolo or long black with hmos.
There’s also the welcome surprise that all the food in their small display cabinet, right down to the bagels, is gluten free. Glutards UNITE!
