Friendly staff, good food and great coffee. Definitely a good stop in for the professional on the go as the décor and layout make the slightly higher prices feel more than worth it. This place is on my top list for Brisbane cafes(but due to my own personal bias it’s not at the top).

Great coffee with quick service and a fairly varied and seemingly healthy breakfast menu. I started off my meal with a Toby’s Estate long black which arrived my table within minutes of ordering. As expected with this brand of coffee, the flavors were quite subtle and the temperature was just right for black coffee. The organic décor with soft colors on the benches in the back of the café worked quite well with the pando tree theme. There were some nice turquoise and pastel orange throw pillows juxtaposed against the wooden bench built into the wall. For breakfast, I ordered the smoked salmon and poached eggs with sliced apple and onion topping. The dish tasted quite fresh and the flavors worked well together with the slight bitterness of the onion offsetting the salty-sweetness of the smoked salmon. Service was very prompt and there was always someone asking whether I wanted more water. Overall, the experience was quite pleasant and a great new find in the heart of the city.

It was really disappointing to see and(more importantly) hear you guys banging away and making coffee during the Anzac Day service. Where is your respect?

Love it here. It’s a great haven from the street and shops. Great coffee. I am in love with their version of avo toast. Neat little nooks if you’re alone. Power points for those in need of recharging. A very interesting menu. Plus they’re on the ecoffeecard app.

There is nothing wrong with the taste of the food per se, however $ 14 for a bit of avocado on one small piece of sourdough with a sprinkling of corn is in no way justified. More sophisticated and established cafes in the city charge much less and give you twice as much. My anti-inflammatory juice did not come with the requested Raw energy powder so was re-juiced. It was bordering on unpalatable and I didn’t finish it. Their organic coffee, however is quite nice. Total bill for breakfast was $ 29. And don’t get me started about the owner/manager who has no problem speaking in a rude and nasty tone to his staff(who are actually very nice) in front of customers. This alone is enough to make me go to one of the other 19 cafes with who Pando are competing.

Staff are attentive and service is fast. Fantastic quality coffee. Clear focus on high quality ingredients with a great range of dietary requirements catered for. Good range of seating options and large number of tables for a city Café.

So i am out to lunch with my two favorite girls trying to find somewhere healthy to eat to go along with the new year health resolution, when we stumble across this lovely little hole in the wall café. The place looks clean and has friendly staff, on a hot brisbane day the air conditioned climate is inviting. We grab a seat and peruse the organic menu which looks yummy. The specials are so special they are pretty much sold out, lucky i had my eye on the lamb anyways. Had to try the bullet coffee with butter from a grass fed beast — creamy and delicious… My teenage daughter grabbed the burger and my wife had the zucchinni pesto pasta with chicken. Has only been open for two months and already this cute little café is blitzing it with its delightfully healthy and organic menu — usually gluten free, sugar free equals taste free, however, pando café will have you re-thinking this association in no time…
