Quay West Suites Brisbane

I’d like to start by saying my review is not of your typical dining experience at Quay West but it was such high quality, I had to share.
I attended a private function in the Penthouse suite recently and I cannot praise the hotel highly enough. As the function was in an apartment, the moment I walked in, I felt at home. The apartment was beautifully and lavishly decorated with large kitchen and living areas. This was before I had even seen the view. The apartments simultaneously over look the Botanic Gardens, the Brisbane River and Brisbane CBD. I felt like I had the best view you could ever want in a capital city.
The function was fully catered with a bar. The champagne was possibly the best I’ve ever had and the food and canapés were perfectly timed throughout the night, not to mention delicious.
