Delicious, fresh and authentic Italian food! I generally don’t go out for Italian food as I can be disappointed quite easily, but heard wonderful things about this restaurant so decided to give it a try. I was very impressed by the 2 dishes ordered; S. Daniele Pizza and Gnocchi Ragu. The gnocchi was fresh, light and fluffy(just like nonnas) and the pizza was delicious! The base was cooked to perfection and the toppings which included Rocket and Prosciutto were lovely and fresh. I will definitely be returning soon to try other options on the menu.

Hands down the best Neopolitana pizza in Perth. I have been looking for a pizza like this since my visit to Naples 5 years ago. I was not disappointed. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff

We went here on Saturday evening for a family dinner. As we have quite a large family I felt it would be a great pick as there is something on the menu for everyone. What I have liked about Amici Miei in the past is that they stick to more traditional style Italian which is a refreshing change given what is on offer in the area. The stand out for the evening was definitely the Fried Sardines and Octopus we had for entrée which were fresh and well seasoned. Unfortunately the evening was dampened by the average service. The gentlemen serving us wasn’t the friendliest and entrée and main had come out within 15 minutes. I am not normally one to complain about«Fast Service» but good customer service in hospitality does require for the meal to be spaced out enough that you are not rushed and can appreciate the food. The evening was topped off by a 15 minute wait for the bill, despite asking for it three times. I will be back for the good food but I do hope that they pick their service up.

Fantastic dinner! Absolutely one of my new favourites. Everything on the plate tasted so fresh and had that homemade feel to it. For starters we shared prosciutto & mozzarella di bufala and for the main we shared S. Danielle pizza. All I can say is — we cleaned our plates well! We don’t usually have desserts, but I had to give coffee panna cotta a go, it was light and not overly sweet which was perfect for me. Husband had the crème caramel which he also enjoyed. There are so many meals I want to try from this place! Looking forward to the next visit. Original review: We had some takeaway pasta last night from Amici. I head good things about this place and I really wanted to give it a go. We ordered gnocchi al ragu, tagliatelle panna e salsiccia & some garlic/rosemary pizza bread. The pasta was fresh, tasty and full of flavours. Definitely recommended!

Flawless, the pizzas were exceptional. Friendly staff and fairly priced. I wasn’t a fan of the interior, but the pizzas overshadowed that concern ;)

UPDATE! SECONDVISITS: Not as good. Their pizza chef has unfortunately left and the quality of the food dropped. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not bad. But it isn’t nearly as delicious as it once was. It WAS phenomenal. Now it’s just fine. When asked if we liked our pizza — we told them it was good but the base was soggy. You know when you pick it up and it droops, the bottom is soft and it’s a bit stodgy with no crisp base? Yeah that. Apparently that’s how it’s meant to be. We were told we were wrong. Uh… What? No. I ordered wine once and it tasted as though it had been opened for a really long time. I’m pretty sensitive to it, and it wasn’t pleasant. I asked about it, and they said no it’s a fresh bottle. No offer of an exchange or anything. I went back another time and ordered the same wine, for comparisons sake. It tasted fine. So the first time was DEF old. We haven’t been back in ages so… That says something, when you consider how much we loved it the first time around. FIRSTVISIT: You know when food is so delicious there is no time to take it from the kitchen bench, put it on a plate and eat it somewhere civilised? Yeah, that. This place does that. Wood fired pizza, home made pasta. Ready faster than you expect, dough thrown around in front of you while the staff speak Italian in between making jokes an talking to you. This place is brand new, freshly refurbished and utterly delicious. Crispy yet chewy base, sweet n light tomato sauce and good olive oil. The gnocchi is a carb lovers heaven, comfort in a bowl! New local and I love it!
