Burgers and curly fries, US style to the hilt. Food is good in moderation but the seating and atmosphere leaves a lot to be desired. Do not bother on a cold day, a great place to treat the kids for a special occasion.

Great American diner with quality food and drinks. First off, I ordered and they told me that there’d be a 25 minute wait. That was quite alright with me. Other reviews have mentioned this and commented that it might have been a little slow. It might be the case that you’re waiting but it’s justified as it’s made to order. Not fast food. I also ordered a Chili Beer(nice and spicy, comes with its very own serrano pepper in the bottle) so I was content to while the time away. Some time later(I’m sure it was less than the 25 minutes quoted) my food arrived. The Philly Cheese Steak sub hit the spot. I was going to be more adventurous but I’d had one recently to take away and the memories were still fresh. Steak was tender and cooked to perfection. The spices on the steak were nice too. Was a bit messy with all the sauce but that’s to be expected. The curly fries were well done too. So much so that they’d become the standard for me, if I consumed curly fries more frequently. The Ass Burner sauce I ordered on the side was magnificently hot. I will not comment on any possible burning of body parts though. The combo portions are decent. By the end I’d eaten enough that I couldn’t tackle the corn cob. All in all this is a pretty cool place with a nice, relaxed vibe. I can see it becoming packed as the weather warms up, as part of the seating is open air and because of its proximity to shops, outlets and kids’ play equipment. Next time I’ll be back for the ribs!

Memphis wings is not bad if you want to pig out on food. You get decent sized portions for what you pay for. I have been twice in one week, at 1pm and at 2pm on 2 different days with 2 different outcomes. Day 1: my mate and I turned up at 2pm, I ordered the Beef Brisket Burger and we waited about 20min for our order. It was delicious and very filling. I noticed signs everywhere saying that they arent a fast food restaurant and that their food is cooked fresh to order. It confused me as to why… I wouldve rated it 5⁄5 if it wasnt for Day 2. Day 2: I go 2 days later with my other mate. I ordered a Pulled Pork Sub. Now I know why the signs were there. We waited almost an hour. The place only had a few tables. For 40min, we were not told there was a delay or any apologies. At the 45min mark, my mate got his food and I was given an apology and told mine will be 2min. I waited another 10min for my sub to come out. The pulled pork was dry on top, and the juices had soaked into the roll. Severely disappointing.

The Reuben Sandwich itself is a sandwich that’s origin is heavily debated and brings with it much debate about what’s the best formula. Memphis Wings serves it up with delicious pastrami, Swiss cheese with Russian Dressing and sauerkraut served between grilled rye bread. They also offer the Reuben with roast or alternatively BLT. The cost of the Reuben is $ 12 and it comes with pickles on the side. The portion size is definitely overpriced but it’s still a relatively good feed. The sandwich is packed with a lot of meat and the flavours mix well together with the fresh rye bread. This place offers American style food so think chicken wings and large size burgers. The burgers looked pretty tempting I must say. They offer specials on the burgers Monday-Wednesday. They are famous for the ribs which smelled good from the kitchen. The place is decorated nicely and they got lots of cool beers on offer. The style of décor is Mexican. If your hankering for some American style dining this could be the place for you.

I think this little place will always hit the mark when its typical American style food you crave. I had read in other reviews that the food was slow to come out, but I honestly didn’t think this was the case, food is made to order and it’s not considered a fast food joint as they have written on display on a wall of the restaurant. It’s a cute little place with a very laid back relaxed atmosphere and I expect it would get very busy of a friday or saturday night, as it was we went on a monday for lunch and it had a steady flow of patrons. We got onion rings, cheese sticks and wings for starters then a pulled pork sub, texas bbq chicken burger and a steak mushroom and cheese burger for mains, all served with curly fries and corn cob. The portions were all very generous and considering it also came with 3 drinks and we ordered 2 milkshakes I was pleasantly surprised that it only cost $ 74. We wanted to order the ribs also but knew we wouldn’t fully appreciate them as we already had enough food to feed a small continent, so we will definitely go back again.

Necer disappointed when I visit this hidden gem… You wouldn’t think that a small shop does ribs that compete with the big players in sydney… Recommended for all ribs lovers. I always order the full pork rack and i struggle to finish it.

It was quite a disappointment for me. The food we ordered took ages and when we finally got the food it was really dry . Considering how far we have traveled it was definitely a miss for me.

I’m originally from America. Burger and pizza is my thing to eat as a kid growing up. But since moving to a new country, I do crave for American food. And I’ve been to many burger joints in Sydney to satisfy my cravings, sadly I do get disappointed. But Memphis wing, I have to give this place a thumbs up cause their burgers and curly fries are on point. Plus is close by to where I live.

So this place seems to have some things going for it… and some things that work against it. It’s really unfortunately located in an odd place being in a bulky goods area. Memphis wings really is the quintessential road side dinner food that you would expect anywhere in the deep south! My wife was a bit disappointed not to see some authentic buffalow wings on the menu! I tried the pulled pork sandwich which was ‘finger-lickin’ good — only adjustment I would make is avoiding the fake cheese sauce that seems to cover every dish(I’ve never really understood the American thing with fake cheese) All in all — this place is something a little different when it can be hard to find anything more than a stake house or fast food joint in the area!

Located in Casula across from the new Costco, this hidden gem Memphis is worth the drive. Outdoor/indoor dinner meets American/Tex Mex burgers, wings and flavors South of the Border(Mexican). Patio seating is great, but mind the flies, they might come after you and for sure will try to pinch your food. This place is a haven for your velveeta cheese sauce cravings and chicken wings! Try the different sauces, smokey BBQ and the peri peri are pretty bomb. What’s even better is they have Arizona Iced Tea, not just the peach flavor but the legit green tea which is mandatory. Ask for a glass of ice and you’re in business. Think it can’t get better? Just keep your britches on, this wings joint is across from the Costco shopping center and Bing Lees. So that 30 minute drive was not for loss, you get awesome wings and a Costco run all in the same trip. Memphis, I’ll be back!(Exit song… Walking in Memphis)

Don’t waste your time. 1st time I went it wasn’t too bad but very oily and a bit common. 2nd time, the coffee machine and milkshake machine was broken. When we ordered a combo that comes with corn on the cob. After waiting 45mins or our meals my partners meal came out and there was no corn on the cob. When questioned about it we were told they no longer have corn in the combo, yet they still charge you for it. 10mins later(now 55mins after ordering, the waiter came to to tell me they do not have what I ordered. I refused to order something else wait another hour to get my meal or make my partner wait any longer. After asking for a refund on our meals(you pay when you order) we were met with arrogance and attitude by the staff. After I got home I messaged them via their Facebook page to complain and was told«we don’t want customers like you, we don’t want you back». Is this the way restaurants should treat their customers? They obviously have disregard for the people that are making them money by supporting their business. Myself an any of my family or friends will not be back. Apart from attempting to rip off their customers an not treating their customers the way they should be treated, their food is common and not that appetising. I would recommend Unilocal reviewers not waste their time in trying this restaurant.
