The Matheson Library is so huge that there are corners to sleep in. Let’s talk positives and negatives, because I’m assuming we all already know what a school (well, uni) library is like. Full of books.
Pros: the rare books guy, whose encyclopaedic knowledge of what’s in his room and around the world impresses even the most jaded of students; the DVD section of the library, where one can borrow entire tv series for free, and a whole load of great movies as well; the reserve section, because the staff are kind.
Cons: trying to print; trying to find a computer; trying to find a space to study for a group (especially if you need quiet). Actually, trying to find a quiet space to study sometimes. The stairs up to the literature section which go on forever.
