Beautiful merchandise, beautifully displayed, however after a few visits to Kido I an not a fan. ‘Kido’ seems to cater to customers who have a lot of disposable income, a lot of free time and tolerate bad customer service, which lets face it most parents do not. I have been to both stores and have found the service to be painfully slow, waiting for 20 minutes with a 2 year old to try on a pair of shoes while the shop assistant painstakingly wraps 2 small gifts for another customer is torture. The customer service seems to fall apart when there is more then one person at the store and in a place full of toys there is no area which caters to kids! I did attempt going on my own a couple of times but the fact that they have a NOFERUND policy and limited stock on popular items it makes for expensive mistakes and resentful customers. Having to leave my money hostage in from of store credit twice now means I will only go back one more time!

Little Lamb, Bobo Choses, Munster and Alphabet Soup are all adorable names for adorable children’s clothes at Kido. You do not enter this store for the everyday rough and tumble kids wear as it is a little pricey, but the clothes are too, too cute to ignore. Vintage inspired bloomers! How can you pass that up. Great for gifts. They not only stock the best in designer kids wear, but they have a whole store filled with accessories. Bike helmets, Sand buckets, Jewellery. They have furniture for babies too like prams and such, just expect to fork out a bit in dollars. Heaps of toys and paraphernalia and the taste level is very high. There is a focus on simple yet highly designed products.
