Just moved to the area a few months ago and have been checking out all the coffee places to find the best coffee and I’ve found my favourite so far. Consistently good.

Cute little place, emphasis on the ‘little’, about 5 tables inside and a few outside, coffee was good, baked eggs was really good, scrambled eggs not so good according to my partner… Worth a try but would I return… not sure…

When I first went to Fabrik it had only been opened for six months and yet was consistently busy each time I drove past it. A modest size café it has a few cool features to make it worth a visit. The couch and coffee table area is super comfy and perfect for a cuppa and chat with a girlfriend. The small bar window makes busy periods easy if you just want a takeaway. Better yet, the do a order-by-mobile service(«YQ me») so you don’t have to wait at all. And the coffee is certainly worth it(and strong) — single origin Ethiopian Yirgachaffe. Treats are delish — Chocolate Espresso Muffin($ 3.50), Vanilla Brownie($ 3.50) and the Gluten Free Pistacio($ 3.50) are highly recommended. Traffic on Willoughby Road is a little noisy but the tunes in the café soften it a bit. Minimum charge with Eftpos and credit cards is $ 10. «Imagine a world without the comfort and solace of this silent companion» Quote on the window door of Fabrik’s kitchen.
