Good coffee, and one of the few places in Crows Nest that opens at 6am(bests Charlie Lovetts next door). It’s funny going past early in the morning — the customers are all trades and courier drivers, but by 7am it changes to people in suits on their way to work. My guess is by 8am the customer type changes again. I know why — the coffee is pretty good, and the location near the corner of Albany and Willoughby Road is convenient for many. The staff are friendly.

Was really hoping to get the Pope wrap but they were out of hollandaise sauce. Had the breakfast burrito. Very good. Coffee was small in size for the large I ordered but tasty and the surprise Hershey was nice too. I’ll go back but wouldn’t rate it as highly as some of the other reviewers here, well worth a try if you’re looking for somewhere different in Crows Nest to try. Probably worth 3.5 stars as also mentioned in another review.

Hands down best coffee in crows nest! Cool vibe, friendly service. Small but the space is used wisely. Love my cheeky morning latte before work, sun streaming in the window relaxing away :) nice little touch adding the lil choco with the take away coffee !

Good coffee, good service, not a bad location. We used to haunt Charlie Lovetts next door but the service has gone to the dogs there and my last coffee was a shocker. These folks have a nice range of sambos and salads, muffins and so on. There aren’t too many seats inside and the open kitchen is pretty full on but it is nice sitting the with the sun streaming in the windows. They are pretty accommodating — cant find what you like happy to make something to order — choice! Our new post-yoga caffeine fix!

This is another case where I would like to give 3.5 stars, but as I can’t I’ll round up to 4! This small little café is a interesting place to grab a coffee — contrary to the listed address the entrance is actually on Albany Street(the sign is easy to see from the street). The inside has a small, cozy little kitchen with staff frantically preparing coffee behind their machine and an intimate little area to sit and drink(or, in good weather, tables outside). The coffee is reasonably well prepared — my double mac had just the right amount of milk(not much) and had a nice smooth taste, not bitter at all. I ordered mine to go as I was meeting my sister, and it has the small gimmick of being served with a small choc wafer! One draw back(and the reason I would deduct a half star, if I could) is that they serve my double mac in a tall takeaway cup, instead of the small paper ones! Anyway, there are a few reasonably good cafes in Crows Nest(to my surprise, I must admit), and whilst I would not go back to this one everytime I will definitely return at some time.
