Himalayan Char Grill

Four stars for the food and an extra star for the service, which was great both times I visited. As well as being very attentive and helpful the waiter gave us a discount card for future visits, bringing the price down under $ 10 for a very filling meal.

Thanks to Himalayan Char Grill, I think I just found my new favorite cuisine! I’ll first say that I didn’t eat in at this restaurant, instead I ordered on Menu Log for delivery. Although I can’t comment on the atmosphere, location or sit-​down service, I can say that both the food and delivery service were excellent!
The food was delivered on time, and the delivery guy was friendly (and cute haha).
Here’s what I ordered, and my thoughts…
* Momo — Chicken dumplings were awesome. I could not get enough of the dipping sauce either.
* Kaju Beef (curry) — This was the highlight of the meal. So so so amazing! The flavors all came together in pure perfection, and the meat was so juicy and tender.
* Chili chicken — Was okay. Notice it does have chili in the name, and it lives up to it. Expect a bit of a kick. I probably would try something else next time, not because I don’t like spiciness (I do), I just think I would rather try other things.
My only gripe is the lack of deserts available – at least for delivery. Surely there has to be some great desert foods that come from the Himalayas? Minus one star for this.
I will definitely be ordering from here again. Thanks to Himalayan Char Grill for allowing my taste buds to experience such delicious Nepalese food!
