Once upon a time Le Beach hut was THE place to go and you needed to book ahead at least a week or two. long ago you walked into a dark entry with a huge tropical fishtank soft lighting behind walls and ceilings of bamboo and tiki statues… to find a cosy cocktail bar order a mai-​tai before heading into the restaurant to sumptuous seafood platters and steaks. The island band was a favourite .But no more. sadly it was taken over by Indians (or were they sri lankans) who sterilised the joint and changed the menu to curry. The bathrooms — filthy — take you own toilet paper and soap. Forget this place…
