Ooomph is a little bit of surry hills or melbourne tucked away in East Gosford, whenever we are nearby we hit it up for yummy healthy food, great coffee and tasty treats.
Hotcakes are a fond memory!

With few options locally I was stoked to discover this café for breakfast. Quality and atmosphere I’m used to and something sorely needed in Gosford. I don’t know if you’ll find better in the area.

Love the original Ooomph in a back street East Gosford.
Great vibe, amazing selection of delicious and healthy food and always great coffee. Well worth finding, it is just behind another Ooomph venture Ooomph the Food Store which is on the main drag in East Gosford, you can just walk through.

I read some negative reviews but I actually thought this place was pretty good!
I read that the coffee was no good, but I’ve worked with Pablo&Rustys beans and my long black was great! Myself and my friends were happy with our breakfasts, and the other meals we saw looked just as nice!
I’ve been to better warehouse style cafes but this is definitely the best café I’ve been to in this area of the coast! Try Like Minds, Ettalong burger bar, gnostic mana, and the woy woy raw food café for similarly awesome cafes.

Overpriced for very small portions. They’re known for their mini burgers but they take the mini part seriously and don’t reflect that in the price.
The atmosphere is cool and I love the layout but you wouldn’t buy any of the items that are for sale as they are ridiculously overpriced. Vintage has become code for expensive!
The coffee is good and they have a good selection of cakes and sweets but don’t go here if you’re hungry there are better alternatives.
