Here’s the story as far as I know it, the Australian Defence Force said «Sooo, anyone want a decomissioned leopard tank?» and the lovely folks at the Echunga Soldiers Memorial Garden said «ah, yep, we’d love to have a leopard tank.
So next time you’re touring the Adelaide Hills, it might not be a military occupation, it’s probably just the Echunga leopard tank.
