Customer service was fantastic.
Came here to begin my search for a new car– something that I was daunted by and knew would entail hearing lots of words I didn’t understand and spending lots of money I knew I didn’t have. The staff here were happy to help– even when they knew I wouldn’t be buying that day and happy to explain everything in layman’s terms (and I mean layman’s!) They actually listened to what I wanted, were realistic with what I could afford and what they had, and didn’t come across as sleazy or dodgy like a cars salesman can. They gave me some brouchers, let me talk to their finance guy and treated me like a human being. Would definitely trust to buy my first adult car off.
