Edendale Farm is an enjoyable day trip or afternoon trip — especially if you have little kids. Its a fully functioning farm with lots of animals (cows, goats, ponies, rabbits, poultry etc) and it also sells plants. It has a little café called «Café Eden» run out of a caravan-​style burger stand thing that they would have at a music festival. It is a very pleasant day trip where kids can feed the rabbits some grass and simply enjoy the concept of being on a farm.
I dont like the fact that there are fully functioning electric fences though — this is a bit wierd to me. But other than that it is definitely worth a trip! (to the farm that is — not over the electric fence)…
