Vietnamese food is one of my favourites. It is all about Phở, Bahn Mi and Cold Rolls for me. For some reason I cannot get enough! This restaurant has one of my favourite«make your own cold roll» options on their menu. In particular, I am in love with their pork meatballs. It is on their«Vietnamese Specialty» menu. The pork is super tasty and sweet. It is like an awesome balance between something naughty(meat balls) and something healthy(vegetables and rice noodles and paper). The meal can easily serve two people. My partner and I usually order an entrée of some sort and share the cold rolls. The plate comes stacked with lettuce, coriander, mint, cucumber, pickled vegetables, awesome peanut sauce and rice noodles. This is then served with rice paper and a bowl of hot water. If you have not made cold rolls at home before, don’t hesitate to speak to your waiter about it. They are super friendly and helpful. It is just a matter dipping the rice paper in the hot water and of putting enough ingredients on it so it wont be too packed. You might say to me, why would you want to go out and make your own food? Well, what some of you do not realise is that when you make cold rolls fresh they taste 100 x better. They are supposed to be eaten straight away and not stored. There is an added bonus; you have control of what you are eating. The rest of the menu is a great selection of Vietnamese and Chinese Cuisine. It is also probably a little pricier than I would like. But, I just cannot go past those cold rolls. Also, note the interesting grand wooden furniture in this establishment. It is definitely interesting.

New, clean and very helpful and friendly service. The food was eclectic, almost too much choice, and superbly fresh tasting and pipingly sizzling. The ambiance was good and I would recommend you book. We turned up around 7.30 Friday and within half an hour the place was buzzing. If I really wanted to dredge the depths to be critical I would say the tables were too big for intimacy but on the other hand they accommodated so many dishes,(including my two legged one!) and therefore much thought had gone into this so as to not have an overcrowded table. Excellent and must go again soon.

Disappointed in the quality of the food. I was looking forward to its opening but after the entrée platter I knew I couldn’t expect much from the mains I ordered. The entrée platter was pretty miserable with spring rolls and fried wantons that looked like they were from a freezer pack, and the satay chicken had too much spices it overwhelmed the taste of anything else. The platter came with a Vietnamese salad which the waiter failed to inform us was the same as the veg main we ordered. We also ordered the crispy duck with homemade sauce which turned out pretty decent except the sauce tastes like something mixed out of a bottle. I would give it another go just to see if the quality of food were teething issues.
