Two stars for the lovely flowers that eventually ended up being delivered. Zero points for the customer service or timely delivery. You’d think a company that has ONLINE in it’s name, would have the online portion of it’s business processes downpat. I placed an order online for flowers to be delivered to my sister on her birthday. I didn’t receive a confirmation email from them, which should have worried me, but in the rush before Christmas I didn’t really think of it. My sisters birthday came and went. Called her. No flowers. Waited another day. No flowers. On the third day, I emailed them asking them what was up. I didn’t get a reply to my email, but about 8 hours after I sent it, the flowers were finally delivered. No apology for them being 2 days late. The flowers are beautiful though, I will give them that. This company might be fine if you actually call them up and speak to them, but I would not recommend using their online facilities.
