Not my first time at dessert story, but this place was out by so many things. The place was not looking clean and presentable.

Ate here a couple of nights ago after dinner down the street. The desserts were so yum I ended up going to another branch the next night!
Most of the desserts on the menu are proper authentic… We had sago & mango; sago, pomelo, mango & green tea ice cream along with herb jelly ice, taro balls and pearls… There were thumbs up all around!
The plates of snow ice & shaved ice looked AHHHH-​Mazing! If only I had more room in my belly I would have ordered one!
Service was a bit hectic… we were given a number to wait for a table… we took the time to look over the extensive menu and decide… ordered & paid at the counter and desserts were served up at the table pretty shortly after.
Would def recommend!

The service here is terrible. We came here after dinner to find a full restaurant where the hostess gave us a ticket and told us to return in 15 minutes. We hung around next door for about 10 minutes when we decided to see if we had a table ready for us. When asked, the hostess, whose English was barely comprehensible, told us that our number had ‘passed’ and therefore we had no table. She did not invite us to wait a little longer for another one and carried on talking about the people she had served before or after us (we are not sure really). We left confused after deciding to give Dessert Story a pass.
