In what is already a minefield of choices, ACA takes some of the confusion out of the equation for not only the individual but also for their family.
People requiring aged care assistance doesn’t always necessarily involve having to leave their home and go into a care facility as there are other alternatives to suit individual needs. There is also advice for carers as ACA offer information on support networks to recharge their batteries and improve coping strategies.
It is a non intrusive agency who simply help navigate those in need and prepare them to take the step towards their current and future needs. ACA is predominantly a face to face information and guidance service far a more personalised l experience but if this is not possible they can communicate via phone or email.
Unfortunately it will happen to all of us eventually so it is a comfort to know such organisations exist when the time comes.
