Let’s talk about cheese. Let’s talk about lots of cheese, and other incredible gourmet delicacies(but mostly cheese). Let’s talk about it all here at Bottega Rotolo, sitting inside its own specially-constructed cheese fridge. Stare at it in wonder as you sip a delicious coffee while perched high on a red stool at a steel bench(skip the lunch menu unless it’s just cheese you’re after, which also comes with some morish Pigeon Hole bread). One of my favourite things about Bottega Rotolo is that almost everything is on castors, and so display rearrangement happens fairly often and keeps things fresh and interesting. There are so many exotic foodstuffs lining the shelves, it’s all I can do not to run my fingers over each and every item. But I don’t know what to do with a lot of them(mushroom powder?) and most things are quite expensive, so I’m happy enough just to look. And drink coffee. And buy tiny slivers of cheese, and delicious(tiny) macarons. I believe there are also cooking classes held here, which piques my curiosity…
