Just like most Westpac branches I have been to, I received a big hello as soon as I walked through the door. The service is always really pleasant and the always seem to really go the extra mile to help out. That sounds a little corny, but they really do make banking a semi enjoyable task.

The girls at this branch are super friendly and super helpful. I use this bank a lot for work and personal and no matter what I’m there for they are always helpful. I have never waited in the line for an inordinate amount of time and I like. I hate lines and I love when people are quick and efficient.
In terms of my personal banking needs, I had a few concerns about charges that I was receiving and they told me there was nothing to worry about and they would correct it. The lady even phoned me back to apologise for the inconvenience. Now where else do you get that in a bank? You tell me!
I opened up my first account with Westpac and I think I will continue to use their services.
