Fiori is the better of two cafes at Kenmore Village. It has a menu that is more imaginative than your average suburban café(although it’s only a café and is not trying to be a ‘restaurant’) and the food is quite nicely presented. It also has some very good freshly baked muffins and scones which are far nicer than the usual pre-prepared cakes and slices that most cafes ship in from a central kitchen and leave in their show windows for days on end. I think the coffee is also better than at the other café located diagonally opposite.

Café Fiori, is just you average little suburban café. Positioned inside the Kenmore Village shopping centre, it is a nice spot to have a small get-together before doing the groceries or other daytime activities. It is clear from the décor that I am not this café’s target market. They are obviously catering to the«suburban stay at home housewives» here which is fitting as that is who their main clientele is. I find the place slightly over priced and the menu to be pretty uninvented but this does not seem to bother the people who come here. I have had coffee and sandwiches here a few times and whilst they outcome was nothing special, I have been satisfied with the service. Overall, Café Fiori is not the kind of café I would ever rave on about. It is just a small café in a convenient location for Kenmore residents.
