HI. visited the cake box for the first time as it was recommended by a good friend… it was a great day my husbands bday… wanted the best for him… but was highly disappointed by the poor services the LALOR store gave me… on asking about the different cakes the lady a middle-​aged woman rudely replied how many times do i need to tell u… i tht customer service was all about having a happy customer was so sad to say the lalor lady was nasty and really ruined my entire day!!! Would not recommend THE CAKE BOX… POOR SERVICE IN LALOR.

The Cake Box is responsible for my obsession with custard.
Dad worked nearby and would bring home custard donuts from here as a special treat. They were amazing! And pretty much diabetes inducing.
Fast forward 15 years and The Cake Box and my love of custard is still going strong.
The Cake Box is family owned and has been in business for over 30 years. They provide the Lalor community with high quality wedding, birthday and special occasion cakes, continental biscuits and sweets, coffee & gourmet snacks and even catering.
Last year I worked in Lalor and I rediscovered this European bakery. I would drop by for a coffee and to get a sandwich and the staff were always genuine, friendly and fast.
I suspect The Cake Box will succeed for another 30 years.
