Pinchos offer a $ 15 lunch special on weekdays. This includes a tapas board with three treats. This place isn’t much like a restaurant as far as service etc. goes but that’s okay, it still has a great vibe. The food here is fresh and packed with flavour, it will make your tastebuds sing. Delicious food, we will be back!

The staff here are lovely and the food was great and being dairy free gluten free I thought was going to be a really great place to eat as they have a chart stating which was DF and GF. Only problem is it was quite confusing as the menus didn’t match dishes as quite a few items had been removed from the regular menu. When the food did come it they had placed the bread containing gluten on top of the food and this is not good. Hence why I’m marking it down The food itself was beautiful and I couldn’t fault it at all but and do recommend trying here but if you have allergies like me perhaps avoid as one of the entrees they brought out looked like they had just scraped off the cheese as the traces remained on top. The waitress was on to it and brought a fresh one out but allergies are pretty serious so this could be bad if there chef thinks it’s ok to do this If you like chillies get the chillies as they were pickled and delish I could have eaten a ton of them

One of my absolute favourite places to eat in Perth! They do the most delicious food for such a great price. My favourites would have to be the smokey chorizo pintxo dipped in honey, the croquettes and pork belly. The service is really friendly and I always enjoy sitting outside watching all that is going on in the streets.

I could not fault this place! I left this place on such a food high. What an amazing experience, the food was beyond divine, the service was quick and super friendly. I literally cannot wait to go back to this place. Everything single little dish we ordered was mouth watering, my eyes were popping out of my head like«I have not lived until today» just soo good. This place is a must! By far my favourite restaurant!

Having heard my friend rave about pincho’s saffron pear tart with mascarpone, after a Friday night of indulgent drinking in mt lawley, messy chicken wings at must wine bar and another drink at bills bar and bites we we were ready for small bites — tapas and dessert. We were greeted by an unfriendly waitress who refused to seat us inside even though it was raining.. But we wanted this tart; so the sacrifice had to be made. We ordered frekkeh tortillas with olives and beetroot and grapes on saffron yoghurt, black sausage(mystery meat) and of course the tart. What arrived was not only small(yes it’s tapas but still) but tasteless. The saffron yoghurt was greek yoghurt that was yellow in colour and no taste of saffron and I can sniff out saffron from a mile away because Indians love their saffron and drench their desserts in its goodness. The olives(4 in total) were triple layered in tasteless dukkah. The single grape looked lonely and pathetic. Where are salt and spice(flavour) when you need it? The black sausage was not flavoured. Just black mystery meat. Not even tasty like yummy chorizo. Oh and now the climax. The tart. It came in the smallest size ever. And my friend swore that the past two times she had been here the tart had been twice the size. Did the rude waitress replace it — no. Had they run out — no. Did the table next to us get the same sized slice — no. Did the waitress ever ask us if everything was ok with the meal? Refilll our water? Give us a seat inside even though we were being rained upon? No to all three. Worst of all — she never smiled or apologized. Service was slow. Was impossible to get her attention or the other staff’s attention. Will I go back — NO. We had our cake and ate it too. but it was at Green and co — hefty slice, nicer staff and not being rained upon! Win. Win. Win.

I have had Pinchos bookmarked for sometime and took the opportunity recently to tie in a visit with a movie at Luna Leederville. We got to Pinchos around 1.30pm and it was pretty quiet and even managed to sit in the large-ish seating area to the back of the venue. I loved the food here, I am fast becoming a fan of small plates as it gives you the opportunity to try a bit of everything. Between two of us we ordered a selection of dishes; Pan Arabe(flatbread with grapes, olives pickle and labne), Croquetas(smoked ham and chicken croquettes), Chicharrones(pork belly with cumin and lemon), Aceitunas Alinadas(marinated olives), Ensalada de Gazpacho(tomato, capsicum bread and basil salad), Tortilla de Bacalao y Patata(salt cod and potato) and Chorizo(grilled pork sausage, garlic and paprika). Surprisingly the stand out dish for me was the Tortilla de Bacalao y Patata which translates to a very tasty Cod Frittata, a very close second was the Pan Arabe, both dishes were delicious, despite reservations that the Cod Frittata may be strong tasting it wasn’t, there was plenty of other flavours combined with it to knock out any overpowering fish taste. Our bill on this day came to $ 55.00(without drinks) which I was a little surprised about as we had so much food I was completely full — I thought that for what we ordered it was great value. Now I have refreshed my memory of Pinchos by writing my review I think a return visit is on the cards very soon.

The food at Pinchos is very cool, and delicious. I wouldn’t go there expecting a big hearty meal, but I always leave satisfied and with a full belly having tasted samples of lots of small tapas style dishes. I wish there was a little bit more space, particularly sitting at small tables on high stools. I always feel awkward getting up and down from my seat especially when you have other patrons sitting so close to you, there’s just a little less room for personal space than is comfortable.

I have been to this place on many occasions for a number of reasons, on a different scale of hungry and I have not been disappointed. The reason being the place can cater for the hungry to the peckish. It can also cater to the health conscious or the foodie inside all of us. Plates are mainly ordered to share but if your not in a sharing mood you can always order their meat, seafood or vegetarian board. Which has a mix selection of the daily chef’s best. I have tried all three boards(twice of the meat board) and I will admit I did share(reluctantly). Not once has the boards been the same but delicious every time. The food is taken care for presentation and freshness. My personal favourite would be the seafood paella cakes, it comes with a spicy mayo and fried crisp to perfection with a coating of panko bread crumbs. The staff are always welcoming and pleasant. Not once have I come at a busy time where their not attentive to detail. They always check up on you after or during the meal just to make sure your okay with your food. Since I’ve never had a problem with the food I sometimes find this just a little bit distracting and keeping me away from stuffing my face with the delectable meal before me. The dining area I will admit is a bit cramped as there is not an overly large amount of space to cater for large groups. However this place is great for the small and/or intimate(no euphemism intended). Beautiful décor and a open plan kitchen(spying on other people’s food permitted).

Cheap eats in Perth that have bags of flavor are hard to come by, so Pinchos is a refreshing change. For about $ 50 you can feed two people with a wide ranging selection of Tapas. The stand out for me was the pork dish, with a super crunch exoskeleton and tender innards. Choosing your dishes from a paper menu and a pen is a cool way to convey your choices to the waitstaff, and it ensures no miscommunication. The décor has a gritty funky feel to it Tables are limited so come when it is quite. Food 8.5÷10 service 8⁄10 Décor 8.5÷10

Saw a table free at last weeks Leederville Festival so grabbed it and spent 3 hours just eating exquisite food and drinking damn fine Spanish beer. Love the whole idea of the single serve pinchos. cant remember all the names of what we tried but it was all delicious and fun to eat. The service was great… super friendly staff with consistent good attitudes even though they were under the pump. Pinchos some more please!

yum yum yum! I have been eyeing off this place for a long time now and I am happy to say that the service and food is top notch. Between my friend and I we had the honey chorizo bites, croquettes, pork belly. potato bravas and the deserts. The chorizo bites are tasty but tiny! Croquettes are beautiful Pork belly was alright but I wasn’t too bothered with it Potato bravas were a good size and perfect for sharing. The deserts though were out of this world. We chose both the cheese board(great chunk of cheese on offer with collection of quince, fruit and bread) and the almond quince tart with mascapone and sherry — to die for! We did have to order many little serves to get filled up. I would come here for a light bite or just to indulge in the amazing deserts yum!

After walking past a few times, I decided to try Pincos today for late lunch. The idea is genius, small bites to eat that are cheap and perfect for sharing. There wasn’t too many things on the menu that tickled my fancy but I did enjoy what we ordered. The smoked ham and chicken croquettes were delicious! The chorizo was tasty and the beetroot & chickpea salad was nice despite my fear of healthy food.

I’ve only been here once but I fell in love straight away! This small tapas bar offers excellent prices, excellent customer service and delicious food! Dishes start from $ 1.00 for extremely small servings and then slowly work their way up to $ 28.00. When you first arrive you are presented with a menu order form and a pen to mark down what you would like to order. The staff are on hand to offer suggestions as some dishes you need multiples of as they are too small for a group. The first time I tried to dine here was on a Thursday night and as you can not book, we were told we would have to wait for an hour to be seated. Unfortunately we didn’t have this kind of time this night so I re visited on a Saturday afternoon and was seated straight away. I suggest giving yourself a bit extra time as it may be busy.

Have visited Pinchos on a number of occasions now and the experiences are very mixed… the pros are that the food is always presented beautifully and vibrantly and I particularly enjoyed the lamb and chickpea salad dishes… cons? the slices of chorizo with half a mini gherkin and a pinch of goats cheese wasn’t exactly ‘tasty’ and a time or two i’ve had a few unhygienic mishaps(hair in the croquettes…) The service is friendly and for a small space they done a good job!

I’ve been here twice since I was invited to attend the opening and it definitely hasn’t disappointed. Especially today, on a public holiday — it was open and comfortably sat our party of 4 with no wait, at 7PM. There were some issues with the eftpos machine and we did have to remind the staff for extra plates more than once, but ultimately it’s a great little bar for casual drinks and bites that can be filling enough for a full meal. Must orders: To start with — Pintxos Chorizo con Miel(Chorizo and honey at $ 2 each) Almendras(Smoked Almonds for $ 2) Pan Árabe(Flatbread with labne etc. for $ 6) Small Tapas — Chicharrones(Pork Belly for $ 7.50) Croquettes(smoked ham and chicken, 3 for $ 8) Champiñones con Queso Azul(mushrooms and blue cheese for $ 9) Definitely finish off with the dessert and cheese board(both for $ 9.50) and if you’re hoping for something more substantial, grab the mixed boards($ 30 each) or the Ración del Día/bigger plates which change daily. Make sure that you mark your choices clearly on the menus and double check when you pay to make sure that you received everything you ordered. There’s nothing not to enjoy, especially when Cava starts from $ 8.50 a glass!

I stumbled upon this place last weekend when catching up with some of my girlfriends for lunch and I loved it! Its a small tapas bar that has taken the spot where Snags and Sons use to be. The tapas range from $ 1 which are small bite size foods up to $ 9 which are bigger portions which can be shared. We had an assortment of dishes and loved all of them! The salad we got was absolutely delicious! I loved the concept of the place where they give you a disposable menu where you right how much you want of each dish you want and hand it to the counter. We were stuffed after all our dishes were served and only paid a mere $ 10 per person! Will definitely we coming here again!

Came here with the family a month ago, and was not disappointed! I have a soft spot for all things Spanish, and loved the range and quality of tapas/pinxos available here. Very authentic tapas, served as it’s prepared, so you won’t have to wait long for your food to arrive. I love the range of beer and wine available as well. We chose a mix of meat, fish and vegetarian dishes which were all fantastically fresh and delicious. The ordering process is really straight forward: a checklist of food separated by pricing levels and sharing styles. Pay before you eat means there are no hidden surprises as well! This place gets busy, so be prepared to wait for a table during peak times.

Pinchos is the second stop of my Unilocal New Year Resolutions(to visit ten places I haven’t been to yet). Glad I checked it out. This small establishment, on the former site of Snags & Son, adjacent to Subway at the corner of Newcastle and Oxford Streets in Leederville, is rocking. Busy, with a relatively fast turn over, you can have a couple of small plates and a glass and move on quickly, or order some more and linger. The ordering system is not your ordinary method. It involves a cumbersome process of hunting down a writing stick to mark the paper menus with a number adjacent to what you wish to eat or drink. You then walk it up to the till and pay. The advantage of course is that you can nick off as soon as you finish, without getting that sinking feeling halfway down the street«$h!+ I forgot to pay!». You know what I’m talking about. The disadvantage, of course, is if you want more, you have to repeat the hunting and gathering process of finding another writing stick and paper menu… etc. The menu prices range from $ 1 – 2 for, essentially, a cocktail stick of something delicious, up to small boards for $ 26. Most of the range is tapas style in the $ 7 – 9 mark, including most of the drinks by the glass. My friend and I ordered 5 dishes and 2 drinks. They were all delicious. We repeated the hunter-gatherer thing and ordered 2 more plates and 1 more drink. All up, with full tummies, it came to $ 35 per head. Food only was $ 46. Not bad, not bad at all. My only suggestion(besides carrying your own pen) would be for Pinchos to provide a little side plate to eat over. You only get the dishes and a serviette. If you followed Miss Manners and have that serviette delicately lain across your lap, any food droppage goes directly to the table top or the floor. Chick peas sure are rolly bouncy little suckers.

Pinchos in Perth done Right! Heard the news that Snags and Sons were relocating out of Leederville and a new Pinchos place was opening up in the vacancy left behind. After a few relaxing drinks at the Garden across the road Susan and I wandered on over to see how this fared compared to other certain establishments in Perth offering similar bites. Well the feel is great. The décor is decent and the Pinchos feel is alive and strong. A very decent pinchos menu unlike those other offerings in Perth city at the moment too. A creative, reasonably priced menu matched with friendly attentive service suits me. It is great also knowing you can just casually wander in off the street and get a table without any fuss or standing around. A few people were already sat down when we arrived trying out a few of the options and the place was full by the time we ordered. We decided on several options: 1) Pulpo — octopus and potato salad(served cold and is extremely refreshing in this hot weather) 2) Chicharrones — roast pork belly, cumin and lemon(great flavours in this one and the pork belly was very crispy) 3) Pan de arabe — flatbread(great light flavour and can be accompanied with olives and other fare) 4) Pintxos Gilda — white anchovy, pickle and green olive(strong flavours here with a spicy bite) and 5) Gamba y Sepia Al Ajillo — garlic prawn and cuttlefish skewers(great seafood flavours cooked well and probably our favourite so far). A very relaxed and chilled vibe accompanied with great value offerings of well cooked food with decent service makes this place a must try. There were plenty more options on offer but we couldn’t manage to eat any more this time — an excuse to come back!
