Having preciously given my custom to both Commonwealth Bank and HSBC, I can say that NAB is my favourite.
All the tellers are lovely, helpful, and don’t seem in a hurry to get to the next customer (no matter how long the lines are), like the other banks tellers do. That’s some good employee training.
That, and they have good, flexible options for storing my money, and generous interest rates for the savings accounts.
As well, don’t you just love their advertising campaign? Breaking up with the other banks? Genius.
