Belgian Waffle Cafe

Gorgeous waffles! I exercised great restraint and only had one but enjoyed every authentic bite. Coffee wasn’t spectacular but nice.

Hot waffles covered in gooey hot chocolate — the ultimate breakfast (lunch and dinner). I stopped by the Belgian Waffle Café after a jog one morning fully aware I was about to override any benefit of exercise I had achieved. I ordered a raspberry chocolate waffle with maple syrup and it was worth every bite.
There’s also a few other waffle flavours to choose from, including plain waffles, plus an assortment of additions like ice cream. Pretty much mix and match to your desire. It’s reasonably priced as well, with $ 6.50 being about the most expensive waffle on the menu. Coffee also tasted quite nice and my friends hot chocolate looked just as good.
My only complaint — and it’s a very small one — was the noise. It’s a small store with seating pretty much surrounding an open kitchen. However, don’t let that turn you off, just don’t choose it as a place if you’re seeking peace and quiet.
The staff are very friendly and the food and coffee is great. A worthwhile addition to The Corso.
