Candy-Licious

This place is like Sweet Factory– all the candies are weighed by weight. I had to get some because they had kazoozles! They are yummy candy ropes that I can’t seem to find anywhere. They ahd quite a few flavors too! Some were even the sour kind. The sales girl didn’t let me take any pics, but I managed to get a few anyway. Haha!

Love this place, and I also like their store at Parramatta.

Yes, you really do feel like a kid in a candy store all over again. So much to choose from. Their Turkish Delight pieces are rather sweet. Love the chocolate rocks and those sweet peachy things. It does get weighed. I usually buy 80 grams and that costs $ 2.65.

It’s like they cut a slice out of Willy Wonka’s Chocolate Factory, and dumped it in the middle of Manly.
All the bright colours disorientated me for a second! It’s literally like walking into a movie set. It just radiates joy and happiness and childishness with all the massive candies everywhere.
I admit, I surreptitiously followed the trail of happy children with massive lollipops in their little mouths to Candy-​Licious, and it was a dream come true.
Having long since grown out of chocolate, but not candy, I was rapt at the variety of hard candy there was to choose from! Lollipops of every size, shape and colour!
Of course, I bought one. Just one. Restraining my inner pig yet again.
It was delicious. Basically just slightly flavoured sugar on a stick, but *delicious*. Would repeat. Over and over again.
