Was pretty disappointed in this place. Just wanted to stop in and get a few coffees, well the service was pretty slow and inefficient. I realised they were busy with many tables full up but we just wanted a few coffees and a few treats. Once we eventually received our order the muffin we got seemed like yesterday’s batch and the cashew ball was pretty flavourless. Just when I thought alright, it hasn’t rocked my socks just yet but surely a busy café on the main road in McLaren Vale would do great coffee right!!! Wrong. Beans tasted burnt and for requests of Lattes and flat whites they seemed more like cappuccinos. Sorry to say won’t be going back!

I met a friend for breakfast this morning and I must say that the service was great and so was the menu. However my beautiful bacon and eggs were completely covered in olive oil to the point that there was a huge pool of oil on my plate that was completely unnecessary. If they hadn’t of poured olive oil over the top of my food, it would have been a wonderful breakfast. Oh well. Other than that, the service, menu and general atmosphere of the place was great. I even bought some local cheese and dip to take home

What a lovely spot! We came here on a Saturday afternoon for coffee, and were not disappointed. Delicious long black(yay!), another of our party reported that their cake was fantastic too. They stock a lot of cheese(duh!), as well as a lot of local produce — we stocked up on cheese and sourdough bread … but will definitely have to come back for lunch, since the menu looked very enticing. Brekkie looks good too, but I have heard that it gets very busy!

Awesome cheese shop selling both imported and local adelaide hills cheeses(Woodside Cheese Wrights & Udder Delights). Coffees are also great. Atmosphere is nice and relaxed with nice art work on the walls. There is a big open space good for groups and kids and some more secluded areas out the back if you need a quieter space to chat.

Blessed Cheese is a great place to pop in for a bite to eat, especially if you need to fortify your stomach with something nutritious prior to doing the rounds of the wineries. They’ve got a bunch of light options, salads, soups and sandwiches as well as some larger dishes, such as pasta. The breakfast is top notch too and they do the best coffee I’ve tried in the area. They are a licensed café and have some specialty grocery products available, as well as a bunch of cheeses available to purchase and take home. They also happen to be the location to start the Mclaren Vale wine and cheese tour which is a progressive picnic matching wine and cheese from the area. Can get super busy on the weekend, so book or be prepared to wait!
