Brazilian Butterfly

One of the worst brazilian I have ever had.
I had one of the worst brazilians ever yesterday at the Bourke Street location. The technician (Bianca) had a way of doing the wax that seemed terrible– she would cover a very large area with wax and tear it off, but because of her technique she had to go over the same area 5 – 10 times. Most times a technician has only had to go over an area twice at most (my hair usually comes out very easily). This meant that the whole area was pink and bleeding and she still ended up having to use tweezers on the hairs that she couldn’t get out. Again– I’ve never had a technician need to use tweezers. It’s the next day and my skin is still bumpy and irritated. Additionally, I can now tell that many hairs broke off just above the skin, rather than being pulled out which means in a few days my brazilian will be worthless (it isn’t smooth even now). The real kicker is that when she announced she was done I pointed out a big patch of hairs that she had failed to notice. i’m not sure if this is a problem with the salon or just the one girl, but I would avoid the whole place and if you must go definitely avoid Bianca,

Got the job done, but my staff member was rude and unfriendly and lectured me for the duration of my appointment. I knew when I walked in and was greeted with a scowl that it wasn’t going to be a good experience! Definitely the worst Brazillian Butterfly I’ve been to. The staff are usually much better. Not a fan of her sanctimonious attitude. Definitely won’t be going back.
