Second time here, this café is a godsend on a cold rainy day! Warm golden lights and bakery treasures lined up in a long glass cabinet will tempt you inside… pause like a royal and enjoy a smooth delicious coffee(five senses) with your crisp danish(juicy apricot, spiced apple slices, amazing black cherries and can it be mandarin slices?) The space is not overly large and the fit-out makes clever use of it: a large communal table in the belly of the café, sofa lounge at the back and plenty of smaller tables for intimate conversation and couple time. Then there’s the high-stool section near the front window, take a breather from the rush of busy Queen St. Watch out for jars of Calmer Sutra honey and fresh baguettes lined up like soldiers at the back

Everything you can expect from the typical café: good coffee, pastries and cakes. Yet, given the area you have almost 20 cafes within 100 metres, so there is a lot of competition. Personally I enjoy this café purely due to the sunken mezzanine behind the store front. It’s a great place to hangout and work and hold coffee meetings with clients. Fingers crossed that wifi is on the cards. I’ll be back but only for business.

Was looking for an afternoon snack cause we had a late breakfast, walked past this place and of course had to stop! Delicious! Absolutely worth a visit! I had the chocolate brioche and cranberry, white chocolate brioche. Both scrumptious! Staff are very helpful and always with a smile.

Love their pastries. Mini Cherry Danish is to die for. Breads are very nice. However if you go near closing time, chances are they have run out of it.
