We’ve done bike tours in cities all over the world and this is up there with one of the best. It was well balanced as far as difficulty goes, and it was a great way to see many city sights with an informed guide. The lunch spot we visited was good, reasonably priced and had a nice drink selection. Would definitely recommend this tour to a friend!

A fantastic tour!
We are so happy we booked this tour during our very short few days in Melbourne. The tour took us to all the best parts of Melbourne, while going over the exciting history behind the city. Freddy made some great stops which allowed us to stop and take pictures such as the Shrine of Remembrance. He also is a great speaker who gave us some good laughs along the way.
We were slightly concerned about how strenuous the ride would be but it made for a nice but not difficult bike ride. We had such a great time. If your visiting, you should unquestionably take the half day to enjoy this wonderful tour of Melbourne.

Spent a smashing day cycling around Melbourne with Freddy and a very nice couple. He’s a fun guy and a great host. Kept us amused throughout the day, cycled all over the city and we had a splendid time. His knowledge of the city and was very good and he gave a fine balance between info and fun. I’d thoroughly recommend this tour.

As other reviewers stated, Freddy is a great tour guide for several reasons. We thoroughly enjoyed this 3 – 4 hour tour and made new friends along the way. Melbourne is best seen via bike and his great personality made this a real winner. Highly recommended for those new to Melbourne.

Amazing tour! Freddy is a great guide! Highly recommended!
Three of us were in Melbourne on business, and decided to go on Freddy’s Bike Tour during a free day. It was great! Perfect balance of riding vs. stopping and learning about the city. Great route. Nice lunch stop. Tons of interesting /out of the way sights. And Freddy himself is an engaging, well-informed, fascinating tour guide, who brings the city to life. My bike had a broken gear-shift, so Freddy traded bikes w/me. Note that the FAQ doesn’t mention this (Freddy, please add it!), but group size is limited to 12 people. So it’s a good thing we booked in advance, because our group was full. Only one tiny complaint: I bought an XL shirt, and after washing and drying it, it’s now like an extra-small!

Great tour, Freddy is a get story teller with a positive energy. You learn a lot of interesting things about the history of Melbourne on your 10 mile bike ride. The pace of the tour is great as well, nice and easy. Very relaxing.

So have some fun the night before, then bike tour + lunch!
