I went into the Elizabeth Street store today, with a specific enquiry. I was assisted by Sandra. Sandra was incredibly helpful and patient with me. I wanted some photos put on mugs for Christmas and had no idea how to go about. With Sandras great knowledge and excellent customer service, my order is complete. Very happy thank you. top rate.

The other week I decided to buy my wife a Canon EOS 650D, and after waiting the customary Australia Month Tax (whereby things that are made near to us (CN) somehow take longer to arrive on the shelves than Europe and the US), I saw the model in question on display at Ted’s.
I took a leap of faith and confessed to the salesman (Colin?) that I was a novice in this, and that it was a gift. He could easily try to upsell me for lenses and accessories.
He didn’t. He asked what sort of photography my wife was going to do (for her fashion and makeup website) and he explained a number of fundamentals. He was patient, informative and I walked out with a much lighter wallet, but deservedly so, and Ted’s has another fan in me. This was the second camera purchase I’ve made there — great staff, good prices, and customer service that I can respect!
