The boys at PC Madness specialise in computer needs. I say boys because in all the times I’ve come here I’ve only seen guys working. I’ve come here to use the Internet café section of the shop and I’ve always found the team of trained professionals very friendly and really helpful. As with most Internet cafes, the price is quite steep though. It’s $ 3 for 0 to 30 minutes then $ 2 for every 30 minute block after that, I’d come here to do specific online tasks. It’d be a pretty expensive Facebook session. If you require labour(help cos your computer won’t do what it’s told etc) while at the café, charges apply. At $ 25 for 15 minutes, $ 45 for 30 minutes and $ 75 for 60 minutes, I am seriously considering a career change to IT. But, enough about the Internet café. The main part of the business revolves around computer repairs and upgrades, virus removal and selling computers and computer parts. Having spent a bit of time at the Internet café, I’ve heard the guys interacting with many customers, both on the phone and in person. They seem to have a genuine interest in computers and their customers and enjoy their jobs. The shop is always bright and clean and has recently had a face lift.
