When it comes to customer service, this place is hit or miss depending on the waiting staff.
You have to wait and I mean wait, forget about coming as a large group.

Patience is a virtue you will need in spades if you visit on the weekend. We waited to be seated, waited for our order to be taken and then waited — a long time — for the food to come. The fare is varied. My husband had the mushroom dish and although it was tasty the amount of mushrooms present was pathetic and for $ 18 it left you feeling ripped off — and hungry. I had the soup of the day, a chicken Laksa which was underwhelming. The chicken had its white, pasty, bumpy skin still on it (Eeww!) and it was watery for a Laksa. The kids meals had about 10 chips each along with frozen packet sausage rolls. The bowl of chips we ordered was underdone which is ironic given how long we waited for them. All in all we spent over $ 65 for two meals and two kids meals and coffees and left hungry — but only after we waited to pay.
I would suggest if you are going to come here, do so only for a coffee and a place for the kids to play or come during the week.
