My husband and I had been house hunting for about a month, mostly online and calling agents about inspections, information about properties we were interested and the usual guff. Most agents were courteous enough, but I happened to put a call about a particular house to arrange a private inspection through this agency when I was put through to Justin Ross. Justin from the Professionals truly stood out from the rest of the agents we had been dealing with until then. (So much so, I was compelled to write a Unilocal review!) He asked what features we were after and personally emailed me properties that we hadn’t known about that we might be interested in. He also arranged to take us through 3 potential properties in a single evening, privately. He called and gave us updates every day.
