Fish Factory

I have been dreaming about the smoked Salmon I had there for 2 weeks now! Don’t waste your time on chips and salad. The fish is all the meal you need. Unreal.

Really enjoyed our combo meal of fish, chips and salad but the drinks didn’t appear. Some of the better fish and chips we’ve had in Brisbane and quite good value.

Once we arrived home and opened our meals, we found that there were only chips and the burger in our container and the salad was missing. We immediately called the Fish Factory and were told if we came back to the store they would give us our missing salads. So we drove all the way back and on arrival my husband went in to collect our three missing salads. Once inside he was greeted by a man who seemed to be an owner or manager and was very rudely told that no salad comes with the combo. Instead he insisted that the ‘salad’ is on the burger itself. From the description above, it’s very clear that they are advertising the combo as coming with a separate salad. My husband was extremely disappointed with how he was treated. The man he spoke to was not only rude but it was also evident that he was never going to give us our salads even though the employee over the phone told us to come back for them. By the time we got home, our food was not longer hot and we still had no salads…
I personally, am disgusted with the manger/​ownership of this store. They argued with my husband, telling him he was wrong. They not only false advertise their products on their online menu but also deliver terrible customer service. We will never be going back to their store again
