A decent little fish and chip shop, this place has been around for quite a while. It’s an inexpensive place to grab dinner and take it home, and it always seems like it’s busy on Good Friday. I’ve got a mate who lives around the corner from here. When we have video nights, we’ll generally go here to grab the necessary food to line our stomachs(which is of immense importance when you’re about to spend the night drinking progressively stronger and stronger beverages), and so far I’ve never been disappointed. They do offer a decent variety, too. The service is alright, and generally pretty quick. I like this place, and I’m sure I’ll be going back quite a bit in the future.

This used to be my fish and chip shop of choice, until I found another more conveniently located. That’s not to say that Tally Ho Fish and Chips are not still a top choice. I have never had an issue with my order, everything was always cooked just right. The potato cakes are cut a bit thick, so when you bite into them there is a hint of slightly undercooked potato, but that is my only issue with this place. Prices are typical for a fish and chip shop, and the fish is cooked fresh, it is not frozen or pre prepared.
