Gators is extremely popular, as the long queue out the door at lunchtime will tell you. Honestly, it doesn’t look up to much. The fried food hotbox is off putting and the messy counter may put some off.
Look past this and you’ll find Al Gators is a quality experience. The mess is down to the sheer number of sandwiches wraps and salads that these guys put out. The selection is great and everything is fresh and tasty.
It’s great value too. Highly recommended.

Fresh, good quality food that is a cut above your local greasy hamburger shop. While the usual pies and pastries sit under the heat lamp, steer clear of these and have one of the rolls. Salads packed with fruit and nuts and the schnitzels are made fresh — and you can tell.
